Novak Djokovic was spotted on the Brisbane International practice court today lugging around a HEAD racquet bag, more evidence that the sexy Serb has made the switch over to Head from Wilson.
However, I just checked HEAD's website and Nole's not yet listed as a sponsored baller. I guess we should expect a formal announcement as the season officially begins.
PS - Get thee to a hair cuttery Nole or you'll be dealing with a hairy situation soon...and then I'll have to write about it. Just sayin'.

ReplyDeleteI guess they meant to say Brisbane No.1 seed, or it was written by someone who knows little about tennis. But on any Eurosport site they should know a thing or two about tennis, or at least check ATP list before publishing. Now the have more material for that show Watts Zapp (or something like that)
ReplyDeletesomewhat related to this post, i heard that JJ is no longer re-signing with reebok and prince. i think her team is still shopping around for deals. her contract with prince, if i'm not mistaken, expired in december 2008 and i do hope the rumors that she's signing with wilson are true. as for reebok, does it mean that they're now only left with vaidisova? this whole JJ-sponsorship thing seems, mismanaged to me. shouldn't you be shopping around for deals right before your contract is about to expire?

kelsey: yeah those JJ rumors are going around so we'll see what happens. you'd think that you'd be shopping around and have something set up for when your old contract expires...make sure there's a smooth, seamless transition.
