SIGHTING: A double dose of Serena Williams on Oscar night - which one was better?
Serena Williams is never one to miss a Hollywood party, especially in celebration of the Oscars. The 13-time Grand Slammer was spotted watching The King's Speech win Best Picture at the 19th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party last night in this gorge fringe tiered strapless A-line dress. I love that she kept the accessories to a minimum and let this beautiful dress speak for itself.
Afterward, ReRe decided to go old-Hollywood for the 201l Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Graydon Carter and changed out of that black beauty into another strapless gown, this time in pink with a sweetheart neckline and gold accessories. But what's up with the black nail polish (I wonder if it's from Glam Slam, her collab with OPI?) I'm not loving the combo at all. Perhaps I'm asking a little too much of ReRe to have pulled up her pantyhose on a full wardrobe change while also slapping on a complementary nail color (more like someone slapping it on her.) Perhaps.
I guess if I had to choose between the two versions of ReRe, though, I would pick the first one - it all worked very well together while the silhouette showed off her figure nicely. As for the stick straight locks with the blunt bangs? SO OVER.

SIGHTING: Xisca Perello gets her WAGwear on right
Xisca Perello was spotted in the baller box watching boyfriend Rafael Nadal win his second Wimbledon championship today.
I guess the Ray Ban aviators and long, casual hair are required WAGwear at the moment - see additional Exhibits A & B.
Now THAT'S pressure.

SIGHTING: Serena steps out in leopard print for Oscar night
Hollywood wannabe Serena Williams was spotted on the red carpet for the FOX Searchlight post-Academy Awards party for big winner Slumdog Millionaire (yay!) and the Mickey Rourke comeback film The Wrestler. The Bollywood drama racked up 8 Oscars including Best Picture + Director though favorite Mickey lost out on the Best Lead Actor Award to Sean Penn who starred as iconic gay rights activist Harvey Milk in Milk (yay!).
I'm not a big animal print lover but this leopard print silk halter dress is quite striking on ReRe - it def fits her personality. And I love that she kept it simple with a few accessories including the black flap and small earrings.
I bet ReRe was pushing around the "dramedy" screenplay she's supposedly writing - she's never one to miss a good opportunity!

PHOTO OP: Tipsy's game falters but accessory count rises in Cincinnati
Janko Tipsarevic, who lost to Carlos Moya 7-6 (5), 7-5 in the first round of the Cincinnati Masters today, definitely gets my award for "Most Accessorized Tennis Baller". He's got the men AND women beat this time around.
We've all seen the nose strip and glasses (sun + clear) on the Serb's mug before but he's decided to also add a black Fila headband to the mix - crazy! And, if you count the wrist bands then there are four types of accessories total - and that's only what we can see.
Who knows what's going on underneath Tipsy's tennis gear - and I'm not talking about his tattoos either.
Let's just hope, though, that he stops here and doesn't get influenced by Roger Federer's recent accessory mishap. Oh, the horror...

FASHION FIX: Sania Mirza's stylish tennis moment
India's rising star Sania Mirza is having one hot summer. Not only did she reach the final of the Bank of the West Classic, losing to Russia's Anna Chakvetadze, but she matched her career high ranking of No. 31 this week. She's currently competing at the Acura Classic, a Tier 1 tournament.
We are loving the white tennis gear with green accents designed by clothing sponsor Lotto Sports Italia, and in particular the flirty skirt. This style gives her outfit just a touch of femininity. And, with Venus Williams rocking the classic navy pleated skirt at FED CUP and Maria "Shriek"apova sporting the tiered flow-y Swan Lake dress at Wimbledon, it looks like this silhouette is back.
