The cover of the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue has been unveiled and tennis WAG Brooklyn Decker has grabbed the highly-coveted spot this year! The 22-year old and wife to Andy Roddick is appearing in the big issue for the fifth time but first time on the cover.
Her tennis ballin' hubby tweeted this after finding out the news: "so happy/proud of my wife... the new cover for sports illustrated swimsuit issue!!!! unreal... so excited!!!!!!!!!!"

A swimsuit-clad Ana Ivanovic is also making an appearance in this year's issue in a shoot that looks eerily similar to another former lady baller's photoshoot for K-Swiss:
See guys - who needs to win tennis matches when you look as good as these women? Just toss a net around their bodies, push them into a vat of balls and you've got a career (and a lifetime supply of adidas duds as well.)

Poor Ana - you got the NYC studio shoot. Whoever produced these pics did a terrible job. We get it, she's a tennis player; enough of the net. Practically every shot looks the same.
ReplyDeleteHahaha...you say career????what career are you talking about?lol! poor girl...everything she does turns out to be epic fail!
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to lie, I find these pics very HOT! I don't know hw anybody can think otherwise. But I am a bit....check that, really shocked to see her pose like that. It just doesn't fit Ana's image. You know?
ReplyDeleteOverall, I got mixed feelings. The man in me loves the shoot, the tennis fan in me doesn't. At least not when she is slumping. Her FHM pics came out right after she won RG, so the timing was much better. And the fact that she did in around USO, where she lost in the 1st round doesn't exactly make her look good. Now the Anna K comparisonns will start up again and understandable somewhat.
I'm still enjoying them though. LOL
Holy fucking shit H.O.T.T.
ReplyDeleteexcuse me, I need a moment.
Her facial expressions look awkward(granted she's not a model) in some of the pictures but overall it is a wow.
ReplyDeleteSo pleased for Brooklyn .She's got the lot now, married to Andy & now SI cover girl!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Ana's modeling career is stronger than her tennis career.
ReplyDeleteanyone notice how in ana's first pic it looks like they photoshopped the net right under her hand? looks totally awkward...
ReplyDeleteAna's gorgeous in all her glory... as for Decker, I'm not sure.
ReplyDeleteOMG. When did Ana change into that model wannabe oh-so-hard-trying-to-look-sexy? Pathetic. Her slump, attitude, website, management, lifetime deal with adidas...
ReplyDeleteBut she will definitely gain more fans, allright. But they will adore her for her looks and cheesy photoshoots. What about your TENNIS fans, Ana? But does it really matter to you?
I want you back on court. Quit posing for cheesy crap and go work your butt out there! And don't return unless you get at least your balltoss right!
- Rebecca
I couldn't agree more with Rebecca!
ReplyDeleteI think Ana's the most gorgeous girl on the WTA tour these days, but I feel these shots really don't do her much justice. She just looks awkward. She has no curves at all - even when she's trying to curve her body! Ahh the life of a poor little, rich, gorgeous girl!
ReplyDeleteAnd when the hell is SI going to get a men's swimsuit issue? Rafa in swim trunks -- or less, preferably -- would sell millions. No billions!
I wonder how andy is handling brooklyn making it onto SI cover before him?
ReplyDeleteThe color green doesn't suit you gals. Ana is not only stunning, she is intelligent and gracious. Advertizers would not covet her for promos if she were not marketable. None of you armchair atheletes impact her life and don't know crap about the real Ana. As for that barb that Ana fails at all she tries, crawl back under the rock you came from. Ana is living the life you only dream about. Beauty, brains, talent, popularity, great family( cultured professionals) and one hot boyfriend in Australia. You could only hope to be such a failure. If she never wins a slam again, she has reached a level that few acquire. When have any of you naysayers reached the top 100 in the world at anything? Yep I thought so!
ReplyDelete^Well said anonymous.
ReplyDeleteHaters are always hating because they're just jealous.
anonymous... so what have YOU reached the top 100 in?? THOUGHT SO.
