Juan Martin del Potro returned to his hometown of Tandil, Argentina for a firetruck ride and a ticker tape parade thrown to celebrate his US Open win.
I wonder how all of this attention and adulation must feel to the 20-year old. Amazing comes to mind.

Any girl in town is available for del pony right now. That's the real reward and that's the real dream of every 20-year old man.
ReplyDelete@Anonyous: Pfft, all DelPo really wants is a big, tasty cheesecake!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the welcoming on TV and this dude is practically immortal already.
He got a little teary-eyed again, but I can absolutely understand that. This was a massive(!) welcome-back party!
I'll take delpo and the cheesecake, at the same time thank you very much.
ReplyDeleteHow about a shirtless Delpo jumping out of a cheesecake with me dressed up like a towel? Oh, the fun.
ReplyDeleteLOL!
ReplyDeleteAnyway I think that Delpo is really a sweet young man. I was touched when I saw him getting all emotional during his welcoming. I wish him the best!
Agreed.
