PHOTO OP: Djokovic's 'Wear n' Tear' in six easy steps!

Have you ever wanted to tear your shirt off in the middle of a public tennis court like a stripper working a stage but didn't know how? Well, let Novak Djokovic show you the way!

The Serb has one of the best and most technically sound Wear n' Tears on the ATP World Tour and he put it on full display during his fourth round win over Lleyton Hewitt at Wimbledon today. Here are 6 easy steps to your own Wear n' Tear:

1. Take a deep inhale and grip the neckline of your shirt tightly. On the exhale make a dramatic grimace while pulling at the neckline in opposite directions. Make sure you're balanced and your center of gravity is low. It is grass after all.

2. Begin a primal scream while turning your head towards the baller box for support. Continue pulling at the neckline. You should begin feeling a sense of openness and relief.

3. Stop pulling, relax and lower arms to the side to reveal a wider neckline for easier removal of your shirt. Continue the primal scream. Just because.

4. End the primal scream and begin one-handed removal of your shirt. This takes some practice since you'll possibly be holding a tennis racquet, balls, or both in the other hand. Proceed with caution.

5. Remove the shirt fully to reveal any sexy back muscles and/or athletic tape (color is of your choosing.) Take the shirt in your free hand and drop any objects in the opposite hand so you're nicely balanced for the big toss into the crowd. Once you find the right balance TOSS IT!

6. Turn back to the baller box with clenched fists and a severe stare. You've successfully completed a Wear n' Tear tennis moment. Congrats!
