SIGHTING: Verdasco is so very at Costume Institute Gala

A dapper looking Fernando Verdasco was spotted wearing a chic, dark grey suit from the Calvin Klein Collection on the red carpet at the Costume Institute Gala's opening of the 'American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity' exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum on Tuesday evening in New York City. He's currently starring in the sexy global ad campaign for the design house's X Underwear line.

Seriously can Nando ever look bad? He really pulls off a handsome look here which is SO much more than I could say for Tina Fey:

I bet there's one pissed-off person looking for his missing coveralls and I think I may have found him (he's got a hammer in his hand and isn't afraid to use it, btw.) I don't think he'll take them back though - the corset alteration might be a bit too much for him to take.

Damn you Liz Lemon. Damn you.

  2. What the hell is he doing in New York? In between a master series in Rome last week and a the one in Madrid next week.
Should stay in Europe, rest and practice!

  3. 10S-HOR: like on-carpet coaching?

anon: lol i wonder if he did it 1) as a favor to camilla belle since i believe they went together and/or 2) as a favor to calvin klein since they put him in their skivvies for that huge ad campaign?

  4. Looking mighty handsome. Winning sits well with him. :)

  5. Perhaps his laissez-faire attitude in prep for Madrid stems from low expectations/inspiration as Toni confirmed Monday that his nephew will indeed be competing there. Or maybe he expects the enthusiastic hometown crowd to pull him through with little practice? Thank you, Rich <3
