I really do hope that this will be our year. It was painful to loose in 2006. Now we have a chance to complete this destiny.
ReplyDeleteArgentina have not won World Championship in any sports since 1986. Let's hope we break that jinx in 2008.
But Russia will be tough, that's for sure. It will be great match.
So what is your prediction for this game? Would love to hear your thoughts/comments.

John: I think Argentina should pull through this semifinal because Russian's team is lacking in confidence (Kolya, Ferrer) and missing Safin.
ReplyDeleteIf focused Nalby shows up, Argentina should win with J. Martin in the mix. But if flaky Nalby appears, it could be a long weekend for Argentina and will give Russian confidence. Arg needs to win the first rubber to keep Russian down.
