Venus "V" Williams looks to be flying high in Melbourne, and not because of her recent win over Maria "Shriek"apova. Rumors are flying online that the Wimbledon champion is now engaged to boyfriend Hank Kuehne with whom she has been dating for almost a year now. A source close to the family told MediaTakeOut.com,
"Venus is preparing for (the Australian Open) and she doesn't need the (media) distraction. But everyone is very happy, especially Venus."Based on this recent photo of V practicing for next week's Australian Open, she is sporting a large ring on her left hand. Could it be true?

I think that is just a ring she owns. She won it (assuming it is the same ring) since 2005.

I don't think it's an engagement ring..it looks just like the big ring she wore to some of the tournaments last year while displaying her new aparell
